Welcome to Chorlton Family Practice
This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice.
Charity Work within the local Community
This year the Practice will be supporting "Reachout" a charity that offers support to disadvantaged young people. The charity was chosen by patient Geoff Allman who supports our Patient Participation Group. Geoff was asked to nominate a charity when his company "Spoken Image" helped us to design our new logo in partnership with the students at Oswald Road Primary School. The original artwork can be seen in our reception area.
FROM SATURDAY 28TH JANUARY 2017 WE WILL ONLY OPEN ON ALTERNATE SATURDAY MORNINGS - DATES ARE PUBLISHED ON OUR FRONT DOOR.
